Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms listed in my TOS.
-◆ I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission that I see fit for any reason, including but are not limited to: inappropriate content, unclear details, uncomfortable and triggering topics, sensitive or controversial themes etc.
-◆ My terms may be updated at any given moment without prior notice. However, clients that have already commissioned will not be affected by the changes.
-◆ You may request for a refund if I have not delivered or contacted you within 1 month. Feel free to ask for WIPS anytime, but please be respectful.
-◆ Payment plans are available if discussed with me and agreed upon before I start working on a drawing.
-◆ Refunds are not available once I have started to work on the commission, which you will be notified about, or after completion.
-◆ Payments related to Adoptables are to be sent beforehand, and will not be subjected to refunds.
-◆ All listed prices are fixed and will not vary based on complexity nor time.
-◆ All payments are in USD/EUR via PayPal or Ko-Fi. Can also accept Discord Nitro and Decor.
-◆ My artwork cannot be used to create prints, merchandise or any other physical/digital goods for sale or distribution, unless you were given approval and have acquired commercial rights to it from me.
-◆ You may not claim the artwork as your own under any circumstances.
-◆ You are free to ask for revisions, but please keep it under a normal amount.
-◆ No major revisions that completely alter the work.
-◆ I will provide updates throughout the process as much as possible.
-◆ Feel free to send as many references as you’d like, but please keep them organized and moderate to not clutter and make things confusing for both of us.
-◆ You can post/use the work as an icon/pfp, as long as you credit me with @0tokka or link back to my Ko-fi.
